Tickets are VAT inclusive.
Exchange and Refunds Refunds cannot be given. However tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production for an admin charge of £1.00 per ticket.
Reserved seats can only be held for 4 days after which they will be released - unless otherwise agreed by the Sales and Marketing Assistant at time of booking.
Box Office Opening Times
Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm on days with no performance. On days of performance the Box Office will open until the start of the evening performance (advance bookings cannot be taken after 7.30pm). On Sundays, the Box Office will open one hour prior to the performance start time.

In Person at our Box Office, Abbey Street, St Andrews, KY16 9LA, where you can pay be Switch, Visa, Mastercard and cash. Cheques should be made payable to The Byre Theatre.

Concessions and Standby Tickets are available to Registered Disabled, Registered Unemployed, School Pupils, Senior Citizens, Members of Entertainment Unions, Students, Young Scot Cardholders and Youth Trainees. Tickets (subject to availability) will be offered at a special standby price of £6.00 to those entitled to concession prices. These standby seats are only available in person from the Box Office on the day of performance: for evening performances from 6pm and for matinee performances from 12noon.
Concessions are not always available. Please visit the web page for the event you are interested in for concession availability. Charges 50p postage is charged to send tickets & information out. £1 shall be charged for all debit & credit card purchases from 1st April 2009.
School Parties: Special school prices are available on selected performances. One teacher free with every 10 pupils booked.
