A popular venue for conferences the Byre Theatres state of the art facility allows us to help you make the conference you desire a reality.

With a 216 seat auditorium featuring excellent views in comfort you can enjoy an intimate conference with your delegates and guests.

The Byres in-house catering team would be happy to meet with you to discuss your catering requirements for the event.

In addition to the Main Auditorium we also boast our Lawrence Levy Studio with a capacity of 100 the studio can be seated in a variety of formations to suit your event. The studio also features changing rooms and cinema screen with projector.

Also available are; breakout rooms; toilets; disabled toilets, lift access, lcd screens; box office support; display tables and boards as well as a coat hanging area.

For smaller events the Byre has two venues particularly suited to your requirements.

The Lawrence Levy Studio has a capacity of 100 people and is often used for presentations and displays as well as meetings.

The studio is a fully functional theatre space and has the technical facilities to suit, which can be used for your purpose. Such as specialised lighting, sound amplification, film screen and projector and a new development id the addition of two changing rooms connected to the studio.

The studio also has a private waiting area outside and toilets available. Lift access is also available.

The Neil Anderson Conference Room is an ideal venue for smaller meetings. In board room style 12 people can be accommodated comfortably and theatre presentation style 30 can be accommodated.

With support provided such as LCD screen, DVD, whiteboard & pens, self catering facilities in the room, this room is perfect for your meeting.
